If I wasa the owner I would get rid of all the dead wood on the team and start with all new players. The staff did not let you down the players did. As for Tebow what is the big deal with him? I would grab the kid that broke all the school records at the high school. He seems to be a better player then Tebow. You haad a young fellow from PA. two years ago that was as good as Tebow if not better, then DelReo let him go. Big mistake.
