I don't see what this news has to do with preparing your team..The team lacks the spirit and desire within to take a championship...What makes a team win even though the odds are against them?? We've seen it many times in many sports.The U.S.Olympic Hockey team beating the Russians for the Gold. We've seen it in Baseball,Basketball,Golf and other sports..Teams coming back and winning.It's the desire and spirit within.It's interesting what a TEAM united can do.Like the wheel all spokes must be strong.One weak spoke and the wheel will not function properly.A UNITED TEAM with SPIRIT AND DESIRE can be champions.The coach has to be the eyes and ears of the team.The coach must recognize the weak team mate and be strong enough to cut them.I can guarantee there are those who may not always be in the lime light so to speak, who have the talent along with the spirit and desire to win.The coach and scouts must seek them out.The scouting for the Jags has been average to say the least.That's the opinion of someone who has been a football fan 50+ years.Hey if I can tell a player who has a nonchalant attitude and cares only for THEIR future.Why can't the people getting paid the big bucks do it??
