Jaguars host Cardinals without Posluszny
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars will take the field against the Arizona Cardinals without linebacker Paul Posluszny.
The AFC Defensive Player of the Week is out with a concussion.
Posluszny has never missed a game with the Jaguars since signing with the team in 2011. Posluszny is fifth in the NFL with 88 total tackles.
Russell Allen will play middle linebacker. Rookie John Lotulelei moves into a starting role.
The Jaguars (1-8) are looking for their second win of the season against the Cardinals (5-4). The Jaguars lead the overall series, 2-1.
The big cats will honor local men and women of the military in a "Salute to Service" game.
The Jaguars donated 7,000 tickets to active and retired military personnel and their families.
Sailors and Marines from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay will lead the team out of the tunnel.
There will be a moment of silence followed by a 21-gun salute.
