SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Seminole County elementary school janitor is off the job after being accused of stealing provocative photos of a teacher's assistant and sending them to other employees.

Allen Foster worked at Layer Elementary School in Winter Springs.

School officials said Foster was supposed to be cleaning a classroom, but they said he took a teaching assistant's phone, went through her pictures and snatched several provocative photos from that phone.

They said Foster is accused of sending those intimate photos to at least one other janitor.

Officials said he spent time going through dozens of the woman's personal photos until he found two he liked.

The district told WFTV's Kenneth Craig that the eight-year employee was caught when he tried to turn the phone back in.

They said he first lied about what he did, but eventually confessed.

Officials said Foster had never been in trouble with the school.

Craig found that Foster has been arrested once in Seminole County 14 years ago after a domestic situation.

I would think by now people who have a criminal arrest history should not be allowed to work in a school system...because if it wasn't an 'expungeble' offense then it was a crime that should make an employer pass him/her up.
