Law banning texting while driving goes into effect Tuesday

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFTV) -- A new law that goes into effect on Tuesday will ban texting behind the wheel and Florida drivers could face a fine if they're caught.

Don't forget to mention that texting by police is still allowed. If they cause crash while texting on their computers they cannot be prosecuted thanks to this law. Still not heard from the news about the fatal motorcycle crash whether the police officer there was texting on his computer at time of the crash.

These cell phones were a BAD idea to begin with' we lived life for generations with out these nusences. Only "desprate for attention" types need these stupid instruments. Bring back touch tone telephones. All these tecnological advances are a ruze.
