JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The big First Alert Weather Center story is a "local" Nor'easter that will affect Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia through Saturday only slowly diminishing Sunday.  A few showers will occur near the coast and move inland -- at times -- as far as I-95 and possibly Highway 301.  Winds from the northeast will become strong and gusty, especially at the beaches where gusts will be 30+ mph.  The onshore flow will create dangerous conditions at area beaches with a high rip current risk.  Temperatures will be much cooler with highs only in the upper 70s to low 80s closer to the coast to the mid 80s well inland.  Lows will dip into the 60s inland, 70s at the beaches.  Click ** here ** to download the First Alert Weather iPad App.
