Man angry about divorce gets three years for pulling gun on process server
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man will serve at least three years behind bars for pulling a gun on a process server.
Clyde Mobley, 55, was sentenced to 42 months for threatening a civil servant with a firearm back in October. The process server was delivering divorce paper's to a home when Mobley answered the door with a gun. She was not injured.
Three years is the minimum sentence for this crime.
