Drive by shooting no witnesses begining to sound familar. If the shooter had been white man killing a black man would be 20 witnesses already lined up. There would allegations of hate crimes. When black on black happens no one says anything or helps. Strange that kind mentality its ok to kill then. To me reviewing these cases it hallmark of possible gang activity on the rise. If that is happening then these shooters need to be brought in and made an example of. Make sure they guilty though and not scapegoats picked to quieten the situation.
