Since "We" pay for much of this complex, the owners should be pressed to install 24/7 surveillance as it is well known that there are problems there. All such housing should be monitored. Could prevent some of the violence that is inherit to the life style~not all are trouble~but those that are could be "weeded" out. Good to know some are coming forward. Yet, the description is vague. Someone knows the shooter, it will just take time to find it.

Definitely not a good environment, but brought on by the residents themselves. If you live and act like thugs, you attract thugs.

Not surprising considering the location - not a good environment for anybody.
