JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A young woman is dead after an attempted robbery at a Northside Metro PCS.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at the cell phone store located on the 3100 block of North Main Street.

"When [police] arrived they found a deceased white female inside the store who is believed to be the clerk," said Sgt. Michael Paul, JSO.
Dozens of people gathered around the crime scene tape. Many of them were friends of the victim. Police identified the victim Sunday as 20-year Shelby Farah from Jacksonville.
Rebin Ibrahim, who works across the street, says he was friends with the Farah.
"It's sad to see that someone would shoot and kill you over your hard earned money," said Rebin Ibrahim, friend.
Police say the man took off on foot. They're are working to find out if the surveillance video inside the store captured images of the suspect.
Ibrahim says it's incidents like these that make him fear for his own safety.
