Does anyone know the decibel level that (a) at Met Park will result in an enjoyable experience for those attending an event; and, (b) at St. Nicholas/San Marco will spare the residents from F-bombs and rattling china? If so, why not write into the entertainers' contracts that their amplifiers/speakers must be set at that level. If it can be done, then the show goes on and the SN/SM residents won't be so annoyed.
