I saw this poor soul on the ground before police arrived. I to was traveling on 295eastbound from hobby lobby when the traffic came to an abrupt stop due to an accident ahead of where this poor guy was found. I stopped and yelled if they need help as I am a nurse but they stated another person n the scene was a nurse and he was pulseless. My heart goes out tot he family!
