JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- One person is in the hospital after being injured during an apparent road-rage shooting overnight.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Rafael Soto, 28, was arrested in connection with the shooting. He is being charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
It is still unclear if Soto was the initial shooter in the incident. Soto and the passengers of the other vehicle have given police conflicting accounts.

One person was shot in the leg and taken to St. Vincent's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Soto has since been released from jail.
This is the fourth shooting to be associated with road rage in our area this year.
Police say they recovered shell casings from the scene and are interviewing neighbors for more information.
Investigators still want to hear from anyone who can help them solve this case. You can make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
