JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A crook used a poncho as a part of a disguise to rob a Westside McDonald's.

Investigators were called to the fast-food restaurant on Highway Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. The robber showed a gun and demanded money from the employees. He ran off through the back door.

The crook was wearing a blue and yellow raincoat and black mask. He was also described as having a raspy voice and wrinkled eyes. Police believe he was walking around outside the building shortly before the robbery.

A reward for information could total $5,000 with a call to Crime Stoppers 1-866-845-TIPS.
