Search is on for missing Polk County teen

POLK COUNTY, Fla. -- A missing child alert has been issued for a teenager from Davenport.

Amy Turner, 16, was last seen near Montara Drive. She is described as having hair that has been dyed a bluish-green and wearing a black t-shirt, bright green skinny jeans, and a black hoodie with 'Linkin Park' written on it.

Turner is about 5' 4" and weighs around 140 lbs. Those with information on her whereabouts are asked to call the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 863-298-6200 or 911.
