JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A sexual predator found likely to offend again by experts has been placed under indefinite confinement.
A jury recommended Hubert Dale Davidson, 59, be labeled a sexual predator and housed at the Florida Civil Commitment Center in Arcadia, Florida.

Davidson went to prison in 1993 for committing two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior on children. Authorities say he provided alcohol to a 13 and 15 year old boys, forcing one to have sex with him while he fondled the other.
Davidson violated his probation in 1997 and was sent back to prison for 10 years.
Medical experts said Davidson had a sexual disorder and multiple personality disorders which made him likely to offend again if not confined and treated in a secure facility.
