Prosecutors won't seek death penalty in Jordan Davis killing

@Nativejax: Did you not read anything about this incident? The police found no gun. Dunn does not even try and say that he was shot at....but you assume they had a gun? How suicidal would it be to point a gun at a stranger in a parking lot? A young man was shot and killed and all you can do is assume the white shooter was justified because you see all young black males as "thugs". Meanwhile a family mourns the senseless loss of their child. Do you know its because of people like you that Dunn thought he could get away with this, because "its normal to feel threatened by black youths", right? YOu are a sick man, jax, and you need to find your lost humanity....fast.

I can't believe shot a kid over loud music. My prayers goes out to davises families and friend. i hope he gets the death penalty!
