It's really ridiculous how they treat individuals at airports and I think that all TSA agents need much more training and should be supervised at all times. My grand parents who are Indian went to India just a couple months ago and were forced into an extensive screening process. My grandfather is 100 and my grand mother is 86 and in a wheelchair. Both where forced to stand and get patted down fully. I myself have had so many random searches that its ridiculous. So many that the last time I flipped out and caused a large scene until I called my cousin who was picking me up in boston and was in class at Harvard law. After that a supervisor apologized and they drove me to my gate. this type of treatment is ridiculous and elderly people and children should not be forced to such extensive screening and invasions of privacy. But I can say clearly and honestly that if I am searched randomly again then I will make sure that it gets the nations attention wih litigation. Poor kid and poor family. The simple actions of some fool ruined a trip that would have been a great memory.

TSA are government employees - they are not hired by the airlines. When I worked for the airlines, I stopped showing my ID to them because I was treated worse when they were aware of my travel benefits. They are just horrible. They should not be able to get away with the nasty things that they do! Shame on them! And shame on the so-called supervisors that see the way that they act and do nothing about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor baby girl. If everyone would sue for this type of behavior at airports maybe Airline will grow some nads and hire some PROFESSIONAL ANTI TERRORIST employee's who use their brains at work with common sense. That's why we have so much more security there anyway, because of stinkin' terrorists.
