CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- A U.S. Army recruiter is accused of having sex with a minor student in Clay County.

Reginald Richardson, 39, is charged with sexual battery. According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Richardson is a E-8 Master Sgt. and is assigned to the U.S. Army Jax Recruiting Battalion.

CCSO reports a school resource officer first started investigating the case. The victim told school administrators and investigators that she had sex with Richardson at least three to four times during the months of March, June and July.

According to CCSO, the victim told investigators she would tell Richardson no, but he would continue to ask, so she would have sex with him so he would leave her alone.

How old is the victim no privacy laws are broken in so doing. The old saying we had in the military that still applies 16 or less will get you 20 or more. As in years. UMCJ requires prison time if the girl or boy is under 16 no questions asked. If over that age then he should ask why the gay Congressman from about 3 years ago was never charged for having sex with a 17 year old young man.
