I think it's time that UNCLE WALT Got a wake up call. All Vets and Active Military need to find some place else to vacation for a month or so. I know I've been to Disney one time in my life, 1976, and it was such a PIA even back then that I swore I'ld never go back. I live in Florida, Retired from the Navy, have a wife and now 19 year old son and we have never went and never plan on going. Just not worth it.

Just another of many reasons for me to avoid Disney.

The idea that the word "Veteran" would be offensive to anyone is beyond me, but it appears that the actions of a few were unbeknownst to the people in charge. As for this being a "liberal socialist agenda", please do not insult our intelligence. Not everything that ills America is an agenda. Socialist or otherwise. I am neither a Right Wing Republican or a Liberal Democrat. Nor am I anti-everyone-who-doesn't-believe-in-everything-I-believe-in. I AM a VERY proud daughter of a Retired Navy Veteran (deceased). I am ALSO appalled by the mere thought of someone even suggesting the exclusion of the word "veteran" from any form of Disney paraphernalia due to it being insulting to anyone. That IS insulting to ME.

How could that be "offencive" to any one?.. Its that liberal socialist agenda hiding behind the scenes. Boycot Disney enterprises and let those pro homos run it in to the ground.
