14 arrested in Putnam County meth bust

INTERLACHEN, Fla. — The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested 14 suspects Friday following an 8 month investigation into the manufacture of methamphetamine.

The investigation began in October 2013 when deputies busted a methamphetamine cook at 205 Ellen Ave. in Interlachen, Florida.  Police discovered that Donald McLaughlin was manufacturing methamphetamine for distribution in the Interlachen area and conspired with 16 others to get chemicals to cook.

The police issued warrants for 17 suspects on methamphetamine related charges. Thirteen people were arrested, along with one additional suspect.

Police discovered a methamphetamine lab, 1 gram of methamphetamine, 86 grams of methamphetamine oil and other drug paraphernalia during their operation.

The following were arrested and charged:

-Donald Keith McLaughlin, 48; charged with 16 counts of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and 16 counts of unlawful possession of listed chemicals.

-Rebecca Leanne McKee, 35; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Deborah Rasnake, 58; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Gina M. Damiani, 46; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Jamie Lynn Hill, 33; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Douglas Matthew Johnson, 47; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Brian Lee McKinney, 44; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Klint Hart Smith, 27; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Klip Willis Smith, 24; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Amy Christine Canada, 33; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Dawn Marie Kilpatrick, 28; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-David Michael Chapman, 70; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Crystal Renee Rasnake, 33; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

-Danny Earl Bishop, 29; charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy possession of listed chemicals.

The following individuals still have an active warrant:
