OCALA, Fla. — The Chief of the Ocala Police Department, Chief Greg Graham, has died from a plane crash on Oct. 25.

Graham was the pilot and sole occupant of a small private plane that crashed in the city of Dunnellon, Florida.

Investigators are currently working to find the circumstances that led to the crash.

Chief Graham has served law enforcement for over 30 years.

“Ocala and Marion County lost one of the greatest law men I’ve ever known,” Deputy Chief Mike Balken said. “He’s done tremendous things for this community. He will be truly missed by our entire agency.”
