Fire in men's apparel evacuates Jacksonville Walmart

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Walmart on Jacksonville's Westside was evacuated Wednesday night following a fire in the store's men's apparel section.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office say they were notified just after 9 p.m. about a fire inside the Walmart  at 6767 103rd Street.

Store employees quickly put out the fire with fire extinguishers but men's underwear, socks and other items were burned.
