Jeffrey Travers was taken to jail after the Friday morning incident, Kingsland Police said. A report says Travers went to the Camden County Board of Education and requested a meeting with the Camden County School Superintendent but was told this was not possible.
Police said Travers became angry and employees called 911. They say he was shocked with a Taser after resisting efforts to pat him down for a weapon.
Travers was taken to a hospital and then placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.
