The bust happened in the middle of the day Tuesday on Aires Road, where police arrived with guns drawn .

Multiple neighbors told Action News Jax they saw officers use a sledgehammer to bash a hole in the front door, possibly to reach through and unlock it.

A neighbor’s cellphone video shows an officer walking, carrying what appears to be a sledgehammer.

Another officer was carrying a shield.

The JSO reports on the bust said officers found more than 58 pounds of marijuana in the garage, and nearly two more pounds in the kitchen and spare bedroom.

The arrest report for Jason Edelstein said he ran toward the bathroom and slammed the door when the Drug Enforcement Administration agents walked in.

The report said officers later found what they believe was cocaine floating in the toilet.

Edelstein, Garfield Brown and William Byrd were arrested.

Byrd is now out of jail, but Edelstein and Brown are still in jail; they both have immigration holds.
