JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An accused sexual predator who has been wanted for nearly a decade has been arrested, according to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office police report.

Frederick Steven Marshall, 50, was arrested Tuesday. Marshall is charged with three separate instances of armed sexual battery of a minor over 12 years of age. One instance occurred in 2008 and and another in 2009.
Marshall is being held on a $2 million bond. His next court date is April 4.
