Action News Jax First Alert meteorologist Garrett Bedenbaugh rappelled 12 stories down the Omni Hotel to help raise awareness and funds for the Boy Scouts.
"The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to instill values in young people," said Patrick Linfors, director of field service for the Boy Scouts North Florida Council. "But we do it in a fun way."
