Another case of West Nile confirmed in Duval County

Eight people have now contracted West Nile Virus in Duval County, according to officials.

The Duval County health department said the eighth case confirmed Monday increases the concern for transmission.

The health department is urging people to protect themselves against mosquitoes, and prevent them from breeding.
