The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash on Collins Rd. and Allspice Circle that has closed portions of Collins Road.
JSO said that a woman, 30, driving a Jeep Cherokee lost control of her and a Dodge Ram truck head-on Monday night.
The woman was taken to Orange Park Medical Center where she was pronounced dead, and the driver of the second vehicle, a 70-year-old man, was taken to St. Vincent's with minor injuries.
JSO expects the Collins Road to be closed in both directions west of Allspice Road for the next two to three hours.
