FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. — A man entered the 8th Street Arcade at 1951 S. 8th Street in Fernandina Beach with a gun at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23, police say.
The man fired a round into the ceiling of the business, according to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office.
As the business clerk tried to hide, the man fired a shot in her direction and demanded money from the business, NCSO says.
An unknown amount of cash was taken and the man then ran off in an unknown direction, police say.

Officials described the man as black with long dreadlocks, and he was wearing a black mask. There is no description of a car at this time.
