The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has arrested Natosha Bailey, 46, for the murder of Sitoria Davis, 41, that occurred this morning.
Neighbors said they saw officers with guns drawn on Rusty Lakes Lane after the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office got reports of a shooting at 10:40 a.m.
Officers found Davis with a gunshot wound in front of a home. She died at the scene.
