Blue Angels coming to Brunswick for Golden Isles Airshow

The Blue Angels are coming to Brunswick in March.

They will headline the 2017 Wings Over the Golden Isles Airshow, which will take place March 24 through 26 at the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport.

Hurricane Matthew postponed plans for the air show in October.

The March 2017 show will be the first air show in nearly 20 years in the Golden Isles community.

The Blue Angels will perform in their six-signature gold and blue F-18 Hornets.

Recording artists .38 Special will also headline the show.

There will be a host of world-class aerobatic and warbird performers and other performers and artists will be unveiled later in December.

Tickets purchased for the October 2016 event will be honored for the rescheduled show.
