JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police were called out to Garden Street and Paxton Road Tuesday around 1 p.m. due to a body found.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says a driver passing the area spotted the body.

Family and friends of a missing man are asking if the body found along the road in Northwest Jacksonville is their loved one. Police have yet to release the identity of the body found.
JSO did not provide how long the body was there nor a possible age of the victim. Due to the evidence found near the body, police say they do suspect foul play.
