ST, MARY'S, Ga. - Police caught a man wanted in an arson investigation in Georgia Monday.
The Camden County Police Department issued an active warrant for arrest Sunday for Joseph Loggins, 40, of Kingsland. Loggins was wanted in connection with a fire Sunday morning at Hilltop Terrace Apartments.
He also has pending charges for family violence.
