The Clay County Sheriff's Office was investigating an active SWAT situation in Keystone Heights on Wednesday evening.
CCSO said John Luther Bennett, 29, was wanted for aggravated battery and resisting with violence.

Bennett wouldn't come out of his Keystone Heights home from hours and when SWAT went into the home, they found a hole in the floor where Bennett tried to hide.
SWAT eventually found Bennett buried in the sand under the mobile home.
Deputies believe Bennett has ties to a Clay County drug ring.
His mother, Virginia Bennett, is outraged by the damage left behind when SWAT moved into her home.
She said she was not harboring her son and that he hasn’t lived there for years.
“What it comes to now is me having enough money to fight,” Virginia Bennett said. “That’s what it comes down to, and that’s what they count on, so what’s going to happen is they’ll get him to take some chump [expletive] plea bargain, thinking it’ll help.”
Virginia Bennett believes her son is innocent.
“My son is a good, loving boy, and he’s had a hell of a life,” she said.
