A man is charged with aggravated battery after he shot his neighbor with a pellet gun while he was mowing his lawn on Friday in Columbia County, deputies said.
Ross David Emory, 26, was arrested for shooting 67-year-old Stevie Clinton with a pellet rifle.
Clinton was taken to the hospital for a wrist injury after his daughter called 911.
Detectives found the gun after serving a search warrant at Emory's home late Friday night.
Emory was booked in the Columbia County Detention Facility with no bond.
