Community honors 9/11 victims with community service

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Over 100 volunteers gathered at the Bridge of Northeast Florida to do community service in honor of the victims of 9/11.

Volunteers from the Jacksonville Office of Holland & Knight, along with several other local groups participated in the nationwide 9/11 National Day of Service.

The day involved painting, landscaping and maintenance work in classrooms and playground areas at the Bridge.
