She said she saw Barton crying and hysterical at the jail after police told Barton Lonzie's remains had been found.

Sources said the child’s remains were found unburied after her boyfriend Ruben Ebron led police to an area at Bayard Boulevard and Snyder Street.

Police have not confirmed Lonzie's body has been found.

Ebron is charged with child neglect, tampering with evidence and lying to police in connection with the disappearance of Lonzie.

Barton was also charged in connection with his disappearance, and pleaded guilty to child neglect and lying to police on Jan. 6.

As part of her plea, she agreed to testify against Ebron if she is called to the witness stand.

Sources said Ebron will take a plea Monday, hours after the remains were reportedly found.
