Dollar General on Westside robbed at knifepoint

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Dollar General located at 6360 103^rd St. was robbed on Friday, according to Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

A man walked into the store and followed the store manager as she walked behind the cashier’s counter.  He demanded money from the cash drawer and pointed a knife at the store manager.

After receiving money, he left the store.  The man was seen getting into a silver Toyota extended cab pickup truck.

The robber is described as a white man in his 40s, who was wearing a baseball cap, a white T-shirt, and blue jeans. He was armed with a large, silver bladed knife.
