JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A person contacted the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office to report a man exposing himself at the Krystal restaurant on Lem Turner Road and begging for money, a police report said.
Calvin Clark, the man accused of exposing himself, was there when police arrived.
Clark explained to police he is homeless and has paranoid schizophrenia disorder, according to the police report.
The arrest report said a JSO officer then arrested Clark without incident and notes that Clark has been arrested for a similar incident in the past.
Clark is also a sexual offender, according to the police report.
Clark is facing a charge of exposing sexual organs in a vulgar or indecent manner or being naked in public.
