A 69-year-old man was sentenced to mandatory life in prison for sexual battery abusing on Thursday.
Edwin George Schonfeld was convicted of two counts of sexual battery and two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.
The two female victims were abused repeatedly by Schonfeld over a four-year period.
The abuse began when the girls were 5 years old.
