Emergency Alert sent to residents of Jacksonville area

Many Florida and Georgia residents received the following message:

"Emergency Alert

"Bay County flood and or water site Rosenwald Middle School 924 Bay Ave Panama City"

This message was not intended for the residents of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

It is an emergency "needs" message for Hurricane Michael survivors in the Panama City area.
