Finding a forever family: Tenikka Hughes helps share Marcus' story

Action News Jax is teaming up with Forever Family to share stories about local children in foster care who are looking for forever homes.

Tenikka Hughes sat down with Marcus, an energetic little boy who is currently in foster care in North Florida. Marcus hopes to one day be a professional athlete. He loves basketball, football and math.

Most of all, Marcus wants to find a family to call his own.

"I just want him to be happy," said child advocate Melissa Swim. "He asked me, actually, to adopt him, and he just wants somebody, a family to love him."
