JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Coast Flyer Blue Line Bus rapid transit service launched Monday morning in Jacksonville.
The Blue Line will operate between Rosa Parks Station along Philips Highway with stops on the Southbank, Baptist Health and the Avenues Mall.
