Florida gator with big fish in mouth walks across golf course

A Florida gator was caught in the act with a big fish in its mouth as it strutted across a golf course.

Norma Respess from Pinellas County took video of the gator strolling across the course before it dipped into a pond on Thursday, FOX 32 reported.

Respess’ family had been visiting from North Carolina at Seven Springs Golf and Country Club at the time of the sighting. At the 10th hole, Respess' sister-in-law said she was about to take a shot out when the gator made an appearance.

FOX23 reported that the sister-in-law tossed the club aside and ran, but Norma took out her phone and took a video of the gator.

“That’s amazing. I’ve never seen that before,” Respess said in the video. “What a sight.”
