Glynn police: 2 men injured after shooting each other

BRUNSWICK, Ga. — The Glynn County Police Department said two men were injured Friday afternoon after apparently shooting each other.

According to a release from Capt. Marissa Tindale, police first responded to the 3500 block of Gordon Street just after 3 p.m. Jermaine Jones, 28, was found in the front yard of a home with multiple gunshot wounds.

Later officers responded to the 1800 block of Fifth Street, where 19-year-old Kelvin Warner was found to have a gunshot wound to his left foot.

Warner was treated and released from Southeast Georgia Health System, Tindale said, while Jones was transported to UF Health in Jacksonville.

GCPD is continuing its investigation into the shootings.
