Heavy rains from Hurricane Harvey are hovering over parts of Texas and hammering Houston, affecting flights in and out of Jacksonville.
Action News Jax is keeping an eye on the departures and arrivals out of Houston in the wake of this devastating storm.

Both major airports in Houston tweeted recently all flights are cancelled and all roads in and out of the airports are closed because of flooding.
All commercial flight operations have been stopped until further notice. IB/OB roads are closed due to flooding.

As of early Monday, all nine originally scheduled flights in and out of Houston airports were cancelled.
