Carolyn Henkemeyer has been flooded out of her Middleburg home 30 times in the last 32 years.
Thursday was her birthday. She turns 83 and celebrated her birthday with the help of total strangers, volunteers she calls her angels.

Volunteers with Rubicon, an organization that helps clean up after disasters were cleaning out her flood-ravaged home.
The team surprised Henkemeyer with cupcakes and new hope.
Henkemeyer said she hasn't gotten much federal help: $500 from FEMA for food and water.
She lost everything in the storm -- appliances, furniture and clothing, even her car.
Henkemeyer wants to stay in her home, and hopes it can get back to normal soon.
