Several counties plan to open shelters for their residents ahead of impacts from Hurricane Michael.

 Columbia County shelters:

South Columbia Ft. White Community Center

Baker County shelters:

Special needs shelter 

159 N 3rd St, Macclenny, FL 32063

Please note shelters provide shelter only.  Evacuees are urged to bring their hurricane supply kit, as food and beverages will not be available.

Ware County shelters:

Safe Shelters will be made available beginning at 5pm at the following locations:

City Auditorium, Pendleton St Waycross, Georgia

Manor Community Center, Manor Georgia

Indian Mound Church, Millwood, Georgia
