OVIEDO, Fla. - An Oviedo man was arrested after he was so upset about an uncooked burger, he pried open the drive-thru window at Steak ‘n Shake to yell at employees, Seminole County deputies said.
Deputies said they were called Saturday to Steak ‘n’ Shake at 8115 Red Bug Lake Road in Oviedo and saw Ronald Burns at the drive-thru window.
Daniel Caissie, the store’s manager, said Burns was upset about an uncooked burger, and he tried calming Burns down, investigators said.
Burns became verbally abusive, so Caissie closed the drive-thru window and the manager made people leave the area, investigators said.
No injuries were reported.
Burns faces charges of occupied burglary.
